Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Print your provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
